After ordering, track payment, authorization, slaughter and delivery separately. Each notification should describe a stage that has actually been completed.
The first message can acknowledge the request and explain the next step. Share confirmed payment if available, or the contact channel and expected call information if a conversation is needed. Do not send an automatic message suggesting slaughter is complete before authorization has been verified.
A request should not disappear because the user entered a wrong phone number or missed a call. A secure way to correct details and schedule another conversation is useful. If the order is for someone else, clarify who will provide authorization before slaughter.
Distribution may still be pending after slaughter; a separate update can follow when institution delivery is complete. Dates and documents shown must come from actual operational records. This flow is a suggestion for clear service design, not a claim that a specific organization performs every step. Providers must clearly state their scope and fulfil their commitments.
