Which information, for what purpose?
The request form processes your first and last name, the name of the person making the vow, phone number, email, product and delivery preferences to assess the request, contact you and provide the service. Order steps, payment confirmation references and delivery notes are retained to track the process. This site does not collect card details.
Voice recording is a separate, optional choice. Adak preferences, the identity of the person making the vow and the authorization declaration may reveal religious beliefs, even when collected by phone. A processing condition under Article 6 of the KVKK must be established separately for these data. Separate explicit consent is requested before recording; phone confirmation is offered as an alternative. The recording is used for review by an authorized person and does not automatically confirm authorization.
Processing and transfer
Data are collected through online forms and, if chosen, the microphone. Processing necessary to conclude or perform a contract, meet legal obligations or establish or protect rights relies on the relevant legal conditions. The appropriate legal condition and security measures for recordings and special-category data are assessed separately.
Authorized staff and the receiving institution, payment and notification providers, and hosting services may be involved as required for the service. Hosting uses Cloudflare / Sites. Provider locations and transfer conditions must be checked against the actual service agreements. Any international transfer requires an appropriate mechanism under Article 9 of the KVKK. This draft text alone provides no transfer safeguard.
Retention and your rights
The operational retention period for voice recordings is 90 days. The responsible business verifies this period against its legal obligations and deletes expired files through the panel. Other records are retained for the periods required by the relevant obligations. Deletion or anonymization is carried out when the purpose or legal basis no longer applies.
You may send requests for information, correction, deletion and other rights under Article 11 of the KVKK through the controller’s contact channel above. Live data collection will not begin until the controller’s identity and transfer and retention policies are complete.
