Changing or cancelling your request
The initial request is created without charge. Send changes or cancellation requests to the business with your request number. The confirmed order’s status, payment record and completed actions are reviewed together.
After payment
Refund requests are assessed according to the goods or services purchased, when performance began, relevant consumer law and the terms provided before ordering. A blanket, unconditional “no refunds” rule does not apply to every transaction. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Requests and updates
Receipt and the outcome of your refund request are communicated through the contact details you provide. Once business and payment provider connections are complete, order-specific deadlines and procedures will be provided before payment.
