Requests and confirmed orders
The initial form only records preferences and a contact request. Payment is not requested until the final price, service scope, suitable animal and institution acceptance are confirmed. Each sheep or goat is assigned to one person. The transaction is not presented as general fundraising on behalf of an authorized institution; it is a request for the business’s adak arrangement service.
Information before payment
Before a confirmed order, the consumer must receive the animal description or identification, or the scope of procurement authorization; the total price including taxes and all costs; slaughter and delivery timing; business identity; cancellation and refund terms; and dispute resolution channels. Card details are not collected for an unclear service scope.
Authorization and delivery
Payment does not replace authorization. An authorized person confirms it separately. Receipt of an audio file alone is not approval. Distribution to eligible recipients and the institution’s acceptance conditions are checked before operations begin.
Checks needed before service begins
Qualified specialists assess food and slaughter permits, veterinary and animal health conditions, transport and hygiene arrangements, consumer law and any fundraising requirements against the actual operating model. A working website process does not mean these permits have been obtained.
