Slaughter and delivery are separate stages. A good tracking record shows which stage is complete and which is still pending.
In arrangements by proxy, action should be taken for a specific person and according to their instructions. Operational records can link the order number, animal assignment, authorization check, slaughter time and recipient. These fields are suggestions for record design.
A general thank-you message alone may not answer the user’s questions. The record should state the delivery date, institution and associated order. If the distribution route changed, the instruction authorizing the change should appear in the same record.
Photos or videos may support records but do not prove the whole process alone. Match files to orders to avoid sharing footage from another order. Send documents securely to the relevant person, not through public links. Records should explain what actually happened rather than create an impressive completion screen.
