Before ordering online, check the provider’s identity, service scope, total price and contact channels. Clear information makes decisions easier.

The Ministry of Trade explains the importance of information before payment in distance contracts. A brand name and payment button alone do not provide enough basis to assess a site. The person or business providing the service should be identifiable, with reachable contact details.

Review the chosen animal’s description, delivery preference, expected timing, authorization method and how completion will be reported. The contact for cancellation or changes should also be stated. Withdrawal rules and exceptions can vary by service, so a blanket one-line “no refunds” statement is not enough.

Do not put card details in comments, messages or phone notes. Check payment, order and authorization status separately. If an email does not arrive, request support with the transaction reference instead of paying again. Keeping documents helps resolve later questions about scope or dates.
