The Diyanet explanation reviewed does not require the authorization question to be repeated three times. Repetition may be an organization’s confirmation method; it should not be presented as a religious requirement.
Asking the same question several times does not itself show that the person’s intention to authorize has been understood. If the wrong person is answering or the scope is unclear, repetition will not resolve the uncertainty. A clear explanation, free will and an unambiguous answer provide a better basis for assessment.
In practice, staff should first identify the order, then explain the slaughter and distribution scope. If the user requests a different recipient, update the request instead of repeating the old wording. Contradictory or incomplete answers can be held for review.
A website may use three separate confirmation screens, but these do not guarantee religious acceptance of the act. Instead of presenting an unexplained rule as mandatory, offer a communication channel where people review the process and answer questions. Personal religious questions can be put to a qualified adviser independently of a sales call.
